Plein Air: Autumn

All work in this collection has been created on location outdoors. Plein air painting offers it's own challenges and rewards. The quality of the light can change quickly depending on the time of day and the weather conditions. However, the act of painting from life allows the artist the opportunity to view the image unfiltered, to see things that the camera cannot.
