I guess I have a love/hate relationship with snow. I am not crazy about the cold, but I do love how it changes the landscape and offers up blue shadows in unexpected places. This year in Colorado the snow is late. I know it is coming, just not sure when. In the meantime, I look for color other than brown in the landscape, the red of the bare twigs and the blue of the sky, reflected in the water below. Swipe to see my setup creekside and a photograph of this painting framed.
